Customer Visits: An Appointment for Exploration And Communication

On February 22 to 23, 2025, we welcomed important customers. Their visit was not only a simple business exchange, but also a rare opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of our factory and enhance mutual trust.

When the customers arrived at the factory, our professional reception team had been waiting for a long time. Everyone warmly welcomed the customers, and then we had an in-depth discussion on street lights, flood lights and bulbs and production lines in the conference room. After the meeting, we took them to visit the factory. From the inspection area of ​​raw materials, to the modern production workshop, to the rigorous quality inspection department, every link showed the customers our persistent pursuit of quality and advanced production technology. During the visit, the customers showed great interest in our equipment, processes and strict quality control system, and asked various questions from time to time. Our staff gave detailed and professional answers one by one.

After the visit, it was time for dinner. We carefully prepared delicious food, hoping that customers could feel our enthusiasm and sincerity while enjoying the delicious food. At the table, everyone communicated easily, sharing interesting things at work and bits and pieces in life, and the atmosphere was very harmonious. The originally slightly restrained business communication became more cordial and natural with the company of delicious food, and customers praised our service.

In the end, we went to the world-famous Huangshan Mountain together. Along the way, everyone enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way while continuing to exchange business and industry dynamics. During the mountain climbing process, everyone encouraged and helped each other, and drew closer to each other in laughter. Climbing to the top of the mountain and overlooking the magnificent scenery around, the customers couldn’t help but sigh that this trip was fulfilling and beautiful.

This customer visit ended successfully in a pleasant atmosphere. Through the factory visit, the customer had a more intuitive understanding of our strength; during the dinner and mountain climbing, we established a deeper friendship and trust with the customer.
