Crossing Borders, Ingenious Debugging!

When precision surface mount and extrusion equipment completes cross-border transportation and arrives at the customer’s factory, it’s not the end of the cooperation, but a new starting point for Chenxin Lighting to build an efficient lighting production system for its customers. Recently, our professional engineering team embarked on another journey, traveling to Iran to provide local partners with one-stop commissioning services for surface mount and extrusion lines, empowering customers’ production processes with technology.

From blueprint planning to equipment deployment, from parameter calibration to efficient operation, we deeply understand that every link in the lighting production line directly affects product quality and delivery efficiency. The surface mount line being debugged this time is the “key player” for the precise assembly of core components in lighting fixtures. After the engineering team arrived on site, they immediately and repeatedly calibrated core parameters such as equipment positioning accuracy, mounting speed, and nozzle pressure. By simulating actual production scenarios and optimizing program settings, they ensured that the mounting qualification rate of components such as LED beads and driver chips reached the industry’s high standards, laying a solid foundation for the stable lighting of subsequent lighting fixtures.

As the “shaping master” of lamp housings, the quality of the extrusion line’s adjustment directly affects the product’s appearance and protective performance. For each customer’s specific lamp housing requirements (e.g., outdoor waterproof lamps/indoor decorative lamps), engineers meticulously adjust key parameters such as extrusion temperature, traction speed, and die clearance, monitoring the plastic melt flow throughout the process. This ultimately achieves precise dimensional accuracy, a smooth surface, and satisfactory waterproof sealing performance, perfectly matching the customer’s dual expectations for both the lamp’s appearance and durability.

During the commissioning process, the engineering team not only focused on the efficient operation of the equipment, but also emphasized hands-on training with the customer’s production team. From daily operating procedures and troubleshooting techniques to tips for optimizing production efficiency, we shared our years of accumulated experience in lighting production line operation and maintenance, helping the customer team quickly master the core operating points of the equipment. This truly “teach a man to fish,” enabling customers to not only “use it smoothly” but also “use it well” in subsequent production.

In the future, XX Lighting will continue to uphold its dedication to technology and passion for service, traveling to customer sites around the world. With a more professional engineering team, more efficient commissioning services, and a more comprehensive after-sales system, we will work hand in hand with every partner to create high-quality, high-efficiency lighting production solutions, allowing the power of “Made in China” lighting to continue to shine on the world stage!
