Customer Visits: SMT Machine And PCB Production Line

On March 11, we led customers to visit SMT machines and PCB production lines. Customers showed great interest in the SMT machines and raised many questions, such as “How does the SMT machine ensure the consistency of different batches of products?” The technicians patiently answered: “The operating procedures of the SMT machine have been strictly calibrated, and the mounting parameters are accurately set each time. With the real-time monitoring system, deviations can be adjusted in time to ensure that the mounting quality of each PCB board is the same.” After listening, the customers nodded frequently and had a deeper understanding of the high precision and stability of the SMT machine.

Afterwards, we visited the PCB production line. The automated equipment operated in an orderly manner, and each process was closely connected. From the initial PCB raw material processing, to drilling, electroplating, circuit etching, to the final product testing, each step is related to the performance and quality of the circuit board. In the testing phase, the staff demonstrated how to use professional equipment to conduct a comprehensive test on the PCB board, including circuit conductivity, solder joint quality, etc. Any minor flaws will not escape the “eyes” of the testing equipment, ensuring that only qualified products enter the next stage.

This visit not only allowed customers to gain a deeper understanding of our production capabilities, but also deepened the mutual trust and cooperation foundation.
