Amino Acids & Derivatives

Chlorine-free enzymatic L-amino acids for crop nutrition and feed formulation — from plant/animal-source hydrolysate powders to single amino acids and amino-chelated micronutrients.

Application

The nitrogen form plants read directly

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and the direct form of nitrogen that plants can assimilate. Applied as foliar or soil nutrition, they support:

Faster nitrogen assimilation vs. mineral N alone

Natural chelation of micronutrients (improved uptake of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu)

Stress response — plants synthesize proline and other amino acids under abiotic stress; supplementation supports this process

Better performance of foliar programs — amino acids act as natural wetting and penetration agents

Our Technology

Enzymatic hydrolysis —
the chlorine-free difference

Most amino acid powders on the market are produced by acid hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid, leaving chloride residues and destroying part of the L-type amino acids. Our enzymatic process uses targeted proteases under mild conditions:

L-type free amino acids preserved at high levels

No chloride residue — safe for chlorine-sensitive crops and soils

Well-controlled molecular weight distribution

Lower ash content, better solubility

Item Enzymatic grade (our core line) Acid-hydrolyzed grade (economy)
Process Targeted enzymatic hydrolysis HCl acid hydrolysis
L-type free amino acids High retention Partially destroyed (racemization)
Chloride residue None (chlorine-free) Present
Positioning Premium crop & feed formulation Price-sensitive blending

Typical use:

Amino-Chelated Micronutrients

Small, neutral molecules — absorbed directly

Amino acid chelates bond micronutrient ions to free amino acids, forming small, neutral molecules that are absorbed directly through leaf and root tissue — a stable delivery form across a wide pH range, compatible with most foliar programs.
